The Tasting Event

Set against the backdrop of the city lights, couples preparing to tie the knot at one of TCA’s exclusive venues within the next year reveled in an evening of brilliant food and flawless service while planning for their wedding day. Maddy Chambers, Event Producer, shares, “Attending a tasting is especially thrilling for our couples because it’s a chance to experience TCA firsthand; for some, it may be the first time they’ve been a guest at a TCA event!” Chambers adds, “Selecting the right menu is important since it sets the tone for the rest of the guests’ experience. Guests at the tasting embark on a sensory journey that elevates dining into an unforgettable experience, pleasing both the palate and the eyes. Guests enjoy choosing delicious food that ignites everyone’s tastes. Handcrafted passed hors d’oeuvre vegan Cauliflower Fritters with Calabrian chili aioli, basil + mint, and Tuna Poke Crisps served with nori, daikon radish, sesame, and spicy aioli are a crowd favorite and a sophisticated bite.  Many clients choose party-centric affairs with strolling receptions of endless food and beverage pairings, so it could be passed as a miniature entree when tasting multiple main course options.

Skilled mixologists serve up expertly crafted libations like a TCA Manhattan using Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Angostura Bitters, house-made jasmine tea, and unique Mocktails that are widely popular and no longer just for kids. Upscale ingredients for zero-proof Spring Fever include Freixenet non-alcoholic rosé, hibiscus lavender sugar water, roots divino aperitif Bianco, and fresh lemon juice. The big and small details throughout the event bring intense joy to the guest experience!

For something even more bespoke than the traditional, guests were privy to exquisite tablescapes adorned with a fusion of styles, unique floral arrangements, and tantalizing wedding cake design options.
