Chef Mark Richardson, a Kentucky native and graduate of the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, brings decades of culinary expertise to The Catered Affair. He trained under renowned chefs Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, and Robert Sulatycky. He spent 14 years cooking at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts across the U.S., as well as The Carlyle in New York. Chef Mark shares, “We’re creating beautiful, immersive experiences with food at the heart of it all.”

His evolving, chef-driven approach pairs seamlessly with The Catered Affair’s elevated catering menus.
