Creating career pathways in hospitality for urban youth is crucial to Community Table. Programmatic elements include culinary and hospitality training, access to paid internships, fellowships, and full-time positions for club members and young alums. We partner with Boys and Girls Club Boston and support positive youth development and urban talent cultivation.
Philanthropy

Local Entrepreneurship
The grassroots effort to curate diverse and sustainable food sources and systems provides direct access and opportunity for local small-batch suppliers selected for their outstanding craftsmanship. Local small-batch suppliers and makers of regional and artisanal food production products bring unique and cultural flavors to large-scale events, TCA’s café, and restaurants, generating exposure for unique and sustainable food sources.
