Tea Large Parties
Please complete the form below if you are interested in reserving a table for a party of 7-15 guests. Please note: Large party reservations cancelled within 72 hours of your reservation will be charged a cancellation fee of $20 per person. Credit Card number is required upon booking. Large Parties are subject to one guest check, automatic gratuity of 20%. We ask for firm guest counts only.
Tea Room Private Events
Please complete the form below if you are interested in reserving The Courtyard Tea Room for a private event. We have select availability for large groups. Courtyard Tea Room has a capacity of 50 guests. For hosting a private teatime: $3,900 food and beverage minimum (excluding tax and gratuity) and a $1,000 room fee hosted from 3:00pm to 4:45pm. Reservation of the space is associated with a food and beverage minimum.

Thursday -Saturday: 10:00 am-4:45 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am-4:45 pm
The Map Room Tea Lounge is open Tuesday – Sunday
Tuesday: 11:00 am-4:45 pm
Wednesday-Thursday: 11:00 am-7:00 pm
Friday-Saturday: 10:00 am-4:45 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am-4:45 pm
Please note: On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the library closes at 5:00 pm, and bells will sound at 4:45 pm.
