The Catered Affair now offers a concierge service to connect clients with unique event spaces in the Greater Boston area and New England. Our experienced Venue Managers are completely familiar with the details of each space and are available to help identify the perfect location for any event.
After identifying your needs, your personal Venue Manager will create a list of ideal event spaces and work within your budget and timeframe to check availability and rental fees. From there, we will organize a collection of all venue details and proposals. If you chose a location that is not one of our exclusive venues, we can facilitate connections with the managers of the individual sites to address your questions.

We truly can handle it all. Your TCA Venue Manager will prepare a creative proposal matching the food and beverage ideas discussed on your call, and will also serve as a liaison with our event production team. If you choose, we can arrange lighting, flowers and music with a full design meeting to confirm all the details, in person, or over the phone—whatever works best for you.
