Lower Level McKim Conference Room

Located on the lower level of the historic McKim Building. This conference room can seat up to 100 guests, lecture style, and banquet seating.

Located on the 1st floor of the McKim Building and mirroring the layout of the Guastavino Room, off-site meetings have never been as exciting. With the capacity to seat up to 150 guests, lecture style, or up to 180 for banquet seating, make your next meeting memorable in a historical and thought-provoking setting.

Guastavino Room sets the stage for an energetic and unique meeting. Its distinct bookcase-lined mezzanine, tiled ceiling, and large windows looking out onto Copley Square, is ideal for off-site meetings With the capacity to seat up to 200 guests, lecture style, or up to 180 for banquet seating: the environment is excellent for conferences followed by an evening reception. 

McKim Orientation Room

Featuring a tiled ceiling built by master craftsman Rafael Guastavino, and windows overlooking Blagden Street, this conference room, located on the 1st floor of the McKim Building, can accommodate lecture seating for up to 60 attendees, classroom seating for up to 32 attendees or a conference table for up to 20 attendees. 

Mezzanine Conference Room
Boylston Street Building

Tech-savvy hosts will appreciate the wall-mounted LCD screen, which seamlessly connects to any laptop for impactful presentations. The vibrant conference room allows for a boardroom-style meeting for up to 14 attendees.  

Rabb Lecture Hall
Boylston Street Building

Located on the lower level of the Boylston Street Building, Rabb Hall is the perfect setting for all-day conferences or corporate meetings. The Catered Affair makes planning easy with conference menus to suit all tastes. Rabb Lecture Hall features fixed seating for 300 attendees but may accommodate only 150 guests for daytime events. The room has audio-visual capabilities, staging, and an adjoining Green Room.
