Museum Spaces for Your Event:

Scroll to discover the museum’s most inspiring spaces—each offering a uniquely artful backdrop for unforgettable corporate events.

Naumburg Room: A Storied Space with Timeless Charm

For corporate meetings in Cambridge, few spaces are as intimate or inspiring as the Naumburg Room. Tucked on the museum’s second floor, this distinguished room accommodates up to 40 guests—ideal for executive sessions, board meetings, leadership retreats, and private presentations.

Initially designed for cultural luminaries at New York’s famed Hotel des Artistes, the Naumburg Room was later gifted to the Harvard Art Museums and meticulously restored. Warm wood paneling, sculptural details, and historic character make it a rare and sophisticated backdrop for inspired conversation.

In the Naumburg Room, flexible rental windows—daytime (9:00 am–4:00 pm), evening (6:30 pm–10:00 pm), or full-day use — allow you to design a schedule that effortlessly accommodates strategy sessions, catered lunches, and post-meeting receptions. Many clients choose to expand their experience with a larger gathering in the Calderwood Courtyard.

Event hours from 6:30 pm–12:00 am

Brilliant Food. Flawless Service. Stunning Experiences.

At the Harvard Art Museums, catering is more than a service—it’s a culinary partnership rooted in creativity, sustainability, and community. TCA’s chefs curate menus with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, ensuring each reflects the region’s vibrant food culture.

Savor a reception of passed hors d’oeuvres, including Organic Carrot Pancakes, parsley pesto, olive dirt (vegan), and Tuna Poke Crisps, nori, daikon radish, sesame, spicy aioli, and a bountiful Mediterranean Mezze Market, hummus trio, marinated olives, grilled flatbreads, and roasted vegetables. At the bar, two crowd favorites, perfectly paired—the Calderwood Zero-Proof Spritz and the Harvard Square Old Fashioned.
