Highly Curated Experiences – Immersive Corporate Events

Pushing the boundaries of traditional corporate events, leading brands and companies continue reimagining and creating experiences to reignite team enthusiasm for inperson connections. Today, designing the ultimate party is an opportunity to push the boundaries of experiential entertaining. From the event venue to the floor plan and catering themes, events are immersive and designed for maximum allure.

Explore three interactive concepts from floor plans to catering themes:

Event Design

With open floor plans, Boston event venues like SoWa Power Station and The Cyclorama are a blank canvas ready to be transformed into custom event spaces. With attention to creating an alluring layout, flow, and design, guests enjoy multiple experiences within a single area. Immersive gaming, live entertainment, create-your-own cocktails, and creative food stalls satisfy wanderlust cravings. On the other spectrum, unique venues with established spaces and personalities, like the Wang Theatre at the Boch Center, have a separation of play already intact for guests to experience.

Strolling receptions provide the ultimate opportunity for shared social experiences and multi-sensory opportunities to explore and savor different flavors, exotic aromas, and globally inspired menus, each more unique than the last. Creative food stations, trending custom bars, and back bar remixes showcasing colorful glassware add flair. Paired with mixed-design elements, corporate event catering becomes three-dimensional.

Year of the Rabbit

According to the Chinese Zodiac, 2023 is the Year of the Rabbit. Rabbits are quick but gentle creatures, and 2023 will be a year when thoughtful action is rewarded more than huge risks. Explore design and menu considerations;
