In addition to full-service catering and event planning, The Catered Affair operates numerous restaurants and cafés in cultural institutions around Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts. These establishments include Newsfeed Café, Courtyard Tea Room, and the Map Room Lounge at Boston Public Library, a vibrant Wine + Coffee Bar at the Institute of Contemporary Art, and Jenny’s Café at Harvard Art Museums. Most recently, Folio, a European-inspired restaurant, will open to the public on June 25 at Boston Athenaeum. Folio, located at the Boston Athenaeum and recently featured in the Boston Globe, is the latest addition to TCA’s distinguished hospitality collection. Guests visit Folio to enjoy made-to-order shareable plates, discover new and old-world wines, and sip craft cocktails in a European-inspired setting. The restaurant is open to the public and offers visitors the enjoyment of the distinctive and unique setting of the Boston Athenaeum’s library, museum, and cultural center. Reservations are available on Resy; walk-ins are welcome.
