For an all-day seminar, corporate clients can enjoy the re-imagined Rabb Hall seating up to 323 guests. This theater, updated with state-of-the-art a/v equipment and a cutting edge green room, is available daily for meetings or events.

Centered among the sprawling red bookcases and under oval hanging LED Lights, the Boylston Lounge is flush with 21st-century flair and library chic. Host cocktails in the cozy multi-colored space while enjoying the open view of the Library’s second-floor spaces, or host a formal VIP dinner next to the arched floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Boylston Street and the Boston Marathon finish line. Sip on a specialty drink while you mingle in between the vibrant red stacks and then lead your team to dessert in Deferrari Hall below, where the overhead skylight shines plenty of natural light and shimmers of the evening on to your seated dinner or dessert display.  For even smaller events, clients can also entertain in Teen Central and enjoy the hip industrial vibe, which is perfect for the corporate client looking to inspire their team.

Comprised of New and Novel, the Newsfeed Café, and the Welcome Center, Boylston Hall is a bright, open, and modern space perfect for a stylish holiday party or gala. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlook Boylston Street, fully immersing guests in the Back Bay scenery. Inside are stone floors, wood-slatted scalloped ceilings mobile bookcases, and large digital screens at the Welcome Center available for personal displays; this will truly set the tone for a large, tech-friendly networking event, seated dinner, or cocktail reception.
